Mayvun Arc Recruitment has partnered with a well-known multinational who are seeking a strong relationship focused Account Manager. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned major key clients/accounts and manage all stages of the account management process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships with distributors across your assigned portfolio
  • Run reports on account performance and conduct detailed analysis around KPI’s, market trends, business data
  • Communicate regularly with your accounts on market changes and understand your clients motivations and business goals
  • Give guidance and support across accounts
  • Define solutions to solve problems affecting the execution of strategy roadmap
  • Provide ongoing support for accounts
  • Understand client goals and can predict key needs
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all business-related issues and requests
  • Deliver end-to-end services across strategy, sales, marketing, training, technology
Experience:
  • Great company tenure with 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in an Account Manager role within the Health, Beauty or Wellness product space
  • Collaborating and demonstrating a “customer-centric focus”
  • Interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible in order to provide consultative support
  • Work under pressure while managing assigned accounts and effectively supporting their business needs
  • Influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Consulting and coaching ability and selling techniques
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to travel 15% (local / interstate)
