Mayvun Arc has partnered with a global marketing giant who is seeking a strong relationship focused Senior Account Manager. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients/accounts and manage all stages of the account management process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships across your assigned portfolio
- Run reports on account performance and conduct detailed analysis around KPI’s, market trends, business data
- Communicate regularly with your accounts on market changes and understand your clients motivations and business goals
- Give guidance and support across accounts
- Define solutions to solve problems affecting the execution of strategy roadmap
- Provide ongoing support for accounts
- Understand client goals and can predict key needs
- Serve as the single point of contact for all business-related issues and requests
- Deliver end-to-end services across strategy, sales, marketing, training, technology
- Great company tenure with 5+ years' experience in a similar role

- Ability to be adaptable and flexible in order to provide consultative support
- Work under pressure while managing assigned accounts and effectively supporting their business needs

- Ability to travel 15% (local / interstate)
